NTT DATA EUROPE offer for itelligence successful
At expiration of the acceptance period of the voluntary public takeover offer for itelligence AG, NTT DATA EUROPE, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Japanese IT company NTT DATA CORPORATION, now has 89 percent of the shares of the Bielefeld based SAP services provider at its disposal. Almost 76 percent of the shares were tendered during the acceptance period that ended at midnight of 13 December 2007.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter-Jürgen Kreher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at itelligence AG, has died at the age of 73.
As itelligence announced today, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of itelligence AG, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter-Jürgen Kreher, died at his home near Munich on November 2, 2007 at the age of 73. Dr. Kreher leaves his wife and three children. The Management Board and employees at itelligence AG regret the loss of their long-serving Supervisory Board Chairman.

 itelligence and NTT DATA agree on Takeover Offer for itelligence and enter into Cooperation Agreement
itelligence AG as well as NTT DATA CORPORATION and it’s wholly owned subsidiary, NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG, today have signed a Business Combination Agreement according to which NTT DATA will issue a voluntary public takeover offer in accordance with Sections 29 et seq. of the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act (Wertpapiererwerbs- und Übernahmegesetz; WpÜG) to all shareholders of itelligence AG

Annual General Meeting approves course of the Management - Successful 2006 and positive outlook for 2007
At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG, one of the leading international full-service providers for solutions in the SAP environment, both of the Company’s Management Board members, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Jörg Vandreier (CFO), reported on the good performance of the past fiscal year and gave a positive outlook on 2007. The addresses of participating shareholders and the representatives of the shareholder associations during the traditional discussion also agreed with this. Furthermore, the Annual General Meeting approved all the items on the agenda with an overwhelming majority.

Dr. Lutz Mellinger elected to be new Chairman of the Supervisory Board at itelligence AG
Dr. Lutz Mellinger, 65, a member of the itelligence Supervisory Board since 2003, was today elected to become the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of itelligence AG in an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Prof. Peter-Jürgen Kreher, who recently died unexpectedly at the age of 73.

Norbert Rotter to become new CFO of itelligence AG
Norbert Rotter, 39, Diplom Kaufmann (degree in Business Administration), will become the new CFO of itelligence AG, one of the leading international full-service IT providers for SAP. On January 1, 2008 Norbert Rotter will start as CFO in the Group headquarters in Bielefeld.
