itelligence AG, the leading international full IT service provider in the SAP environment, has announced its preliminary Group figures for the fourth quarter and 2004 as a whole. The itelligence Group’s consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2004 are the first to be prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In previous years US-GAAP regulations were applied.

Fiscal year 2004: Turnaround complete - Positive outlook for sales and earnings growth in 2005
The final results for 2004 published by itelligence AG, the leading international IT full-service provider in the SAP environment, confirm the success of restructuring measures implemented by the company in the past fiscal year. A net profit for the period of EUR +3.4 million after a loss of EUR -9.8 million in 2003 shows that a turnaround has clearly been effected.

itelligence AG: revenues and earnings increase substantially in the third quarter of 2005
itelligence AG, a leading international full IT service provider in the SAP environment, increased its revenues by 10.5 percent in the third quarter of 2005 to MEUR 34.7 (Q3 2004: MEUR 31.4). The Outsourcing & Services business unit and the rest of Europe region enjoyed particularly favorable development. This enabled itelligence to significantly strengthen the positive trend from the second quarter. After the first nine months, total revenues were at MEUR 98.7 and for the first time up on a year-on-year comparison on a cumulative basis (prior-year period: MEUR 95.8).

itelligence AG, the leading international full IT service provider in the SAP environment, increased its sales by 10.5 percent to EUR 34.7 million in the third quarter (Q3 2004: EUR 31.4 million). Thus, at EUR 98.7 million, sales at the end of the first three quarters of the current financial year are higher than the comparable prior-year figure for the first time this year (previous year: EUR 95.8 million).

Revenues growth and positive EBIT in the second quarter of 2005
itelligence AG, a leading international full IT service provider in the SAP environment, posted revenues of EUR 33.7 million in the second quarter of 2005. Revenues were thus EUR 2 million higher than the prior-year value of EUR 31.7 million.

Shareholders’ Meeting confirms the course taken by the Management Board
At today’s Shareholders’ Meeting of itelligence AG, a leading international full-service IT provider for the SAP environment, in Bielefeld, the participating shareholders approved all items of the agenda by a large majority. Item 6 of the agenda authorized the company to acquire its own shares for the first time.
