Bielefeld, 6 August 2010 – itelligence AG is today announcing the 100% acquisition of British company Chelford SAP Solutions. The acquisition creates the largest SAP consulting company for Small and Medium Sized Businesses in the UK. The British SAP consulting company Chelford SAP Solutions employs over 60 people and has been successfully active for more than 13 years in the distribution, manufacture and the consumer goods industry. itelligence AG is one of the most important midmarket SAP consulting companies in the world.
Chelford SAP Solutions is the one of the leading SAP Gold Partner and most successful SAP value-added reseller on the UK market. Chelford SAP Solutions has also been one of the first SAP Business Objects Partners. As a full-service provider, Chelford SAP Solutions offers the complete IT service for SMEs, from SAP licensing through consulting right up to maintenance and support. Its customer base includes well-known British companies such as the Edrington Group, Inverhouse, Hafele UK Ltd, the Markit Group and Kingspan, but also the Irish company Ryanair.

itelligence AG presents figures for first half of 2010
In the first six months of the current financial year, itelligence AG again increased its revenues from MEUR 106.0 to MEUR 119.3, a rise of 12.5%. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisitions in the Netherlands, the USA and France in recent months. At MEUR 196.5, orders on hand at the end of the second quarter of 2010 were up on the high level of MEUR 160.1 recorded in the previous year.

itelligence AG: Annual General Meeting approves agenda items with large majority
At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG in Bielefeld, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Norbert Rotter (CFO) reported on the past fiscal year, the company’s strategy and its outlook for 2010. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board also proposed to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share for the fiscal year 2009. The Annual General Meeting approved this and all other items on the agenda by a large majority.

itelligence AG presents final figures for Q1 2010
itelligence AG has confirmed its successful start to fiscal year 2010 with the presentation of its final figures for the first quarter. Revenues increased by +4.1% to MEUR 56.2 compared with MEUR 54.0 in the extremely strong first quarter of the previous year. Orders on hand increased to MEUR 175.7, up significantly on the figures for the same period of the previous year (MEUR 166.2) and year-end 2009 (MEUR 162.8).

itelligence AG presents preliminary figures for Q1 2010
itelligence AG opened the 2010 financial year as forecast, increasing its revenues by 4.1% year-on-year from MEUR 54.0 to MEUR 56.2 in the first quarter of 2010. Orders on hand rose by 5.7% to MEUR 175.7 at the end of the first quarter 2010 (previous year: MEUR 166.2). At the end of 2009, orders on hand amounted to MEUR 162.8.

itelligence AG publishes final figures for 2009
itelligence AG met its revenue and EBIT forecasts for fiscal year 2009. With the publication of its final figures, itelligence reported revenue growth of 1.6% to MEUR 220.0 after MEUR 216.6 in the previous year. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisition of 2B Interactive, Eindhoven, in the fourth quarter of 2009.

itelligence publishes preliminary figures for FY 2009
According to its preliminary figures for the 2009 financial year, itelligence AG increased its revenues by 1.6% from MEUR 216.6 in the previous year to MEUR 220.0. Accordingly, revenues for 2009 were within the forecasted range of between MEUR 220 and 230. In the fourth quarter of 2009, revenues amounted to MEUR 61.7 compared with MEUR 62.5 in the same period of the previous year. Orders on hand increased over the course of 2009 to total MEUR 162.8 at December 31, 2009 (September 30, 2009: MEUR 156.5).

itelligence AG successfully held its ground in a persistently challenging market environment in the first nine months of 2009 and improved its revenues by 2.7% from MEUR 154.1 to MEUR 158.3. Orders on hand amounted to MEUR 156.5 as of September 30, 2009 and were therefore up on the previous year’s figure of MEUR 154.8.

As of October 1, 2009, itelligence AG, the successful full-service IT provider for the SAP environment, will acquire Dutch-based 2B Interactive with headquarters in Eindhoven. itelligence is initially acquiring a 60% stake and will eventually increase its holding to 100%. In the process, itelligence and 2B Interactive will complement each other in their market processing.

itelligence AG presents final figures for H1 2009
Despite the difficult market environment and the global downturn in IT investment, itelligence AG recorded revenue growth of 4.1% in the first six months of the current financial year, from MEUR 101.8 to MEUR 106.0. At MEUR 160.1, orders on hand at the end of the second quarter of 2009 remained essentially unchanged as against the high level of MEUR 160.4 recorded in the previous year.

Despite the extremely difficult market environment and the global downturn in IT investment, itelligence AG recorded revenue growth of 4.1% in the first half of the 2009 financial year, from MEUR 101.8 in the previous year to MEUR 106.0. Revenues in the second quarter of 2009 were down slightly on the previous year at MEUR 52.0 (previous year: MEUR 53.9). At the end of the second quarter, orders on hand were essentially unchanged year-on-year at MEUR 160.1 (previous year: MEUR 160.4).

At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Norbert Rotter (CFO) reported on the 2008 – the most successful fiscal year in the history of itelligence AG – which ended with the first ever distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.12 per share. The approximately 50 shareholders present approved this proposal, as they did all the other items on the agenda, by a large majority.

With its final figures for the first quarter, itelligence AG has confirmed its good start to the 2009 financial year as a whole. In the first three months of 2009, itelligence recorded revenue growth of +12.7% to MEUR 54.0 (previous year quarter: MEUR 47.9). Orders on hand also increased from MEUR 149.4 at the end of the corresponding prior-year period to MEUR 166.2, thereby almost reaching the high level recorded at year-end 2008 (MEUR 168.5).

In fiscal year 2008, itelligence again improved on the record revenues and earnings it achieved in the previous year. With the presentation of its final figures for fiscal year 2008, itelligence generated revenue growth of 13.5% to MEUR 216.6 after MEUR 190.9 in the previous year, thereby exceeding its own forecasts.

With the publication of its preliminary figures for 2008, itelligence AG looks back onto its most successful year ever. With revenues of MEUR 216 (previous year: MEUR 190.9), itelligence AG exceeded its forecast range of between MEUR 210 and MEUR 214, with a year-on-year improvement of 13.1%. In the fourth quarter of 2008, revenues amounted to MEUR 61.9 after MEUR 54.9 in the equivalent quarter of the previous year. itelligence thus generated a year-on-year improvement of 12.8% in the period.
