The company’s services range from SAP strategy consulting and licensing through proprietary industry-specific SAP solutions to outsourcing and services. In 2007, itelligence generated total sales of MEUR 190.9.

How where the results for the financial year 2007?
itelligence increased revenues from MEUR 163.8 in fiscal year 2006 to MEUR 190.9 in 2007, meaning a revenues increase of 16.5%. Revenues of MEUR 54.9 in Q4 2007 clearly performed well and managed to exceed the prior-year figure of MEUR 47.0 by 16.8%. Orders on hand rose to MEUR 150.3 by the end of the year (previous year: MEUR 117.4), an increase of 28.0%.

Alongside the increase in revenues, itelligence also achieved substantial improvements in earnings figures. The EBIT of fiscal year 2007, at MEUR 11.5, was far above that of the previous year (MEUR 7.1), increasing by 62.0% and thus at the top end of expectations. The EBIT margin improved by 1.7 percentage points to 6.0% (previous year: 4.3%). The EBIT profitability reached 6.7% in Q4 2007 resulting in an EBIT of MEUR 3.7, in Q4 2006 the EBIT was at MEUR 3.3.

How where the results for the first half year / second quarter 2008?
itelligence AG achieved the best half-year result in the history of the company, improving again on the first quarter’s trend to the end of the half-year. In the first six months of the current fiscal year, revenues improved by 14.9% to MEUR 101.8 after MEUR 88.6 in the first half-year of 2007. Against the equivalent quarter of the previous year, itelligence posted a revenues upturn of 21.7%, achieving MEUR 53.9 (second quarter 2007: MEUR 44.3).

In the second quarter, EBIT almost doubled to MEUR 4.3 (Q2 2007: MEUR 2.2). This is equivalent to an EBIT margin of 8.1%, considerably up on the comparable figure of the previous year of 4.9%. Accordingly, EBIT for the first half-year increased by a total of 22.9% to MEUR 5.9 (HY1 2007: MEUR 4.8). The EBIT margin for the first six months was thus 5.8% (previous year: 5.4%).

With the first six months past, the net profit for the period in accordance with IFRSs totals MEUR 4.3, or MEUR 1.5 more than the result of the first half of 2007 (MEUR 2.8). Earnings per share (basic) show a value of EUR 0.18, up from EUR 0.13 the year before.

What is itelligence’s target for 2008?
With regard to this very positive growth after the first half of the year, the Management Board considers its forecast for 2008 as a whole as secure. The company expects revenues of between MEUR 210 and MEUR 214 and a corresponding EBIT margin of 6.2% to 6.4%. The Management Board thus confirms the forecasts made and expects to achieve the upper range of the guidance for the year as a whole.

itelligence's industry solutions are adapted to meet the needs of the respective industry using SAP software. The SAP All-in-One industry solutions are geared towards midmarket companies with complex, industry-specific requirements. The focus on national and international customers from the automotive supplier industry, the chemicals industry, the machine and high-tech and electronics industry, the services industry, the wholesale industry, the consumer products industry, the foundry industry, the wood and furniture industry and the steel and non ferrous metals industries underpins itelligence's sound industry know how. itelligence is able to demonstrate its experience in the implementation of complex projects for midmarket customers in its customized customer solutions.

What is the significance of the different "SAP partnerships" which have been awarded to itelligence by SAP AG?
itelligence is one of the partners in the SAP partner environment with the highest number of qualifications. Two of the key partner statuses that itelligence has been awarded with by SAP to date are SAP Global Partner Services and SAP Global Partner Hosting. itelligence has been a SAP Global Partner Services since 2003 and is thus part of a select group of 17 companies worldwide overall. 2004, SAP acknowledged itelligence’s extensive experience in hosting by according it Global Partner Hosting status.

In addition, SAP awards special expertise partnerships to partners as a seal of quality. In appointing itelligence as a special expertise partner, SAP is rewarding both its outstanding industry knowledge and technology knowledge. The special expertise program enables SAP to pursue the goal of developing market fields together with partners. SAP partners must demonstrate their service capability for each individual special expertise partnership again in audits carried out every year.

In December 2006, itelligence was one of the first partners worldwide to be appointed a SAP special expertise partner for enterprise service-oriented architecture (SOA). Other important partnerships in this field include: SAP special expertise partner for Global Trade Services, PLM (product lifecycle management) and the special expertise partnership Duet. itelligence is one of the first German SAP partners to enable access from a Windows application to the SAP system with the Duet software. These partnerships enable itelligence to confirm its leading position in SAP’s special expertise program.

itelligence has officially been a new Gold Partner of SAP in Germany since September 2006. In 2007, itelligence was awarded the status in the USA. Therewith itelligence fulfills strict quality criteria, such as outstanding project quality, proven industry expertise and high customer satisfaction.

When was itelligence AG founded?
itelligence AG, listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse - FWB), was founded in 2000 through the merger of the Bielefeld-based SAP service provider, SVC AG Schmidt Vogel Consulting (established in 1989) and the Hamburg-based individual software specialist, APCON AG (established in 1992).

Activities to recruit highly qualified staff were again intensified in the second quarter. Participation in SAP’s “Talent Day” allowed itelligence AG to position itself on the market well, thus increasing its appeal to fresh talent. The human resources campaign served to improve and further expand awareness, particularly in southern Germany.
