Preliminary figures for Q4 2007 and fiscal year 2007
itelligence again achieved substantial revenues and earnings increases over the past 12 months according to the preliminary figures announced. itelligence boosted revenues to MEUR 190.9 in 2007, meaning a revenues increase of 16.5%.

itelligence AG, NTT DATA and its fully owned subsidiary NTT DATA Europe GmbH & Co. KG have agreed a far-reaching partnership. Part of the business combination agreement agreed today is NTT DATA Europe GmbH & Co. KG making a voluntary public takeover offer for all itelligence shares. After examination of the offer documents and in line with their legal obligations, itelligence AG Management Board and Supervisory Board intend to support the offer.
New on-demand software solution from SAP
SAP Business ByDesign is the new on-demand software solution from SAP for SMEs. It is based on the service-oriented architecture and extends the existing SAP solution portfolio. The previous software solutions, SAP Business One and SAP Business All-in-One, will not be replaced; SAP is simply extending its offering to include an on-demand solution for SMEs with fewer industryspecific requirements.
itelligence AG presents preliminary figures for the second quarter and first six months of 2007
itelligence AG continued to improve significantly on its prior period revenue and earnings figures in the first six months of the year. itelligence recorded an increase in revenues of 18.0% (after adjustment for currency translation effects: 20.8%), from MEUR 75.1 in the first half of 2006 to MEUR 88.6. In the second quarter of 2007, itelligence generated revenues of MEUR 44.3.
