itelligence develops new solution add-on for the rental business

itelligence’s Hire&Rental solution add-on provides full support for rental and hire processes for dealers and manufacturers. It ensures fast, simple monitoring and management of rental processes via the rental cockpit and provides views of capacity utilisation, the rent index and availability.

The central control element is the rental order management view. The rental items available by region and time can be searched and selected with this view. Using a graphic calendar display, the system enables a fast assessment of availability and optimises the selection of rental items. Settlement-related data is selected and stored in this view, in addition to the rental item.

This rental view can be used for serially or non-serially managed goods, for short-term or long-term rentals and also for collective rental items. For ongoing processes, this view enables the checking of progress and the updating of rental activity data.

Hire&Rental offers the following functions:

Hiring transactions as an item in order entry
A wide variety of settlement types (daily, weekly and monthly)
